Refund policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS.
Return Policy:
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS. Due to the nature of our products and sanitary purposes we do not accept any returns and all sales are final, by purchasing from Neil's Selection you agree to our terms and conditions.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.
Turn Around Time:
When purchasing online through Square or any of our other payment solutions other than "Offline Payment" we have a 1-2 processing time in order to receive the funds for your order. After funds are received the order is placed and then prepared to ship depending on the nature of your order. If your order has to be customized, a representative will relay this information to you and that time is added on top of the 3-7 day shipping time.
When the order arrives after the shipping time, the order can also be opted to be hand-delivered during checkout. ( Only available to NYC orders.)
